Join BJAK as a Product Manager to shape the AI Neobank app, expanding beyond insurance into savings, investing, and payments. You will own specific product areas, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working with global cross-functional teams.
This position suits builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will drive execution from definition to post-launch iteration, ensuring high impact through data-driven decisions and close collaboration with engineering and design.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product improvements
- Launch features and monitor performance for iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Based in Sweden with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
