You will define product direction, scope, and roadmaps for financial services including insurance, investing, and travel. Working closely with engineering, design, and compliance, you will transform complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys.
The team values builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and can make decisions with incomplete information. You will launch features rapidly, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across payments, savings, investing, or insurance
- Define user problems, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product improvements
- Balance speed, compliance, and user experience in trade-offs
What you'll need
- Experience as a Product Manager, Owner, or founder
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics and experiments for decisions
- Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Based in the United States
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
