Join BJAK as a Product Manager to own key areas within their AI-driven Neobank application. You will simplify complex financial products into user-friendly journeys, working closely with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on features.
The company aims to help users manage spending, saving, and investing more effectively. This position suits builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and thrive in fast-paced environments.
What you'll do
- Own product areas such as insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Portugal with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
