Doit is building an AI-driven Neobank App to help users manage spending, saving, investing, and travel. The company previously launched a leading mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia.
You will own specific product areas, defining user problems and roadmaps while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The goal is to turn complex financial products into simple customer journeys and iterate based on data.
What you'll do
- Own product areas such as insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, user experience, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and define product direction
- Comfortable working with engineers and designers to ship products
- Proficient in using metrics, user feedback, and experiments
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Fluent in English for global team communication
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
