Join Doit to shape the future of their AI-driven Neobank App. You will own specific product areas such as savings, investing, or travel, turning complex financial concepts into simple user journeys. This position involves close collaboration with design, data, and engineering teams to launch and iterate on features rapidly.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions
- Launch features and monitor performance for iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or founder
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Poland with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
