Join Doit to shape the future of their AI Neobank App. You will own specific product areas such as payments, savings, or insurance, turning complex financial concepts into simple user journeys.
The team values builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists. You will work closely with engineering and design to ship products quickly and iterate based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across payments, savings, investing, or insurance
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
