You will own product areas within Doit's AI-driven neobanking platform, defining roadmaps and launching features that simplify complex financial tasks. Working with engineering and design teams, you will turn user problems into usable customer journeys across savings, investing, and insurance.
What you'll do
- Own product areas such as insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into intuitive customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as a Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with tech teams
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch data
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
