You will own specific product areas within the AI Neobank App, such as payments, savings, or insurance. Your focus will be on simplifying complex financial services into intuitive customer journeys while driving rapid launches and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Define product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Transform complex financial products into simple user experiences
- Use data and feedback to guide product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, user experience, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and define user problems
- Strong skills in writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Track record of shipping real products with engineering teams
