You will own specific product areas within Doit's AI-driven neobanking platform, defining roadmaps and launching features that simplify complex financial tasks. Working with engineering, design, and compliance teams, you will turn user problems into simple, effective customer journeys.
The company aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe through AI tools. You will drive execution from problem definition to post-launch iteration, ensuring high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Own product areas such as insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to work closely with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable using metrics, feedback, and experiments for learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, or consumer apps
- Background in high-growth product environments
