BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Manager for AI Stockbroking, you will own specific product areas, turning complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys.
You will work with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on data and user feedback. This position suits builders who prioritize execution and user problems over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across investing, payments, or other financial services
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, user experience, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as a Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Australia with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
