Join BJAK, a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia expanding into savings, investing, and travel. As a Product Manager for AI Stockbroking, you will own specific product areas, turning complex financial services into simple customer journeys. You will work with global teams to ship real products fast and iterate based on data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, user experience, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics and experiments for learning
- Strong writing and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Based in Germany with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
