Join BJAK, a leading Southeast Asian insurance platform expanding into broader financial services. As a Product Manager for AI Stockbroking, you will own specific product areas, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys.
You will work with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on data and user feedback. This position suits builders who prioritize execution and user problems over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch data
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
