Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into stockbroking and other financial services. This role focuses on owning product areas within the AI Stockbroking vertical, turning complex financial concepts into simple user journeys.
You will work with global teams to define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on data and user feedback. The company values builders who prioritize execution and user problems over status quo processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across investing, payments, or insurance services
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Spain with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
