Join BJAK, a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Manager for AI Stockbroking, you will own specific product areas, turning complex financial services into simple customer journeys. You will work with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, launch fast, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information
