BJAK is expanding beyond its leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. This role focuses on the AI Stockbroking product area, requiring a builder who can translate user problems into simple, usable customer journeys.
You will own the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to ship fast and iterate based on data and feedback. The position demands high ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across financial services like investing or payments
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Based in Sweden with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
