Join BJAK, a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Manager for AI Stockbroking, you will own specific product areas, turning complex financial services into simple customer journeys. You will work with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, founder, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Vietnam with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
