Doit is building tools to help people manage spending, saving, and investing through AI. This role involves owning product areas within their AI Stockbroking App, focusing on simplifying complex financial services into usable customer journeys.
You will work with global teams to launch features, monitor performance, and drive iterations based on data and user feedback. The company seeks builders who prioritize execution and user problems over status quo processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions
- Launch features and drive post-release iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Germany with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
