Doit seeks a Product Manager to lead specific areas within its AI Stockbroking App. The team focuses on making finance smart, accessible, and safe by reinventing how users spend, save, and invest.
You will own the product lifecycle from problem definition to launch and iteration. The role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to simplify complex financial products into intuitive customer journeys.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, feedback, and experiments
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Experience as a founder or growth operator
