You will own specific product areas within Doit's AI-driven financial platform, covering insurance, payments, savings, or investing. Your focus will be on simplifying complex financial products into intuitive customer journeys while working closely with cross-functional teams.
The company aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe through AI tools. You will define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions
- Launch features and monitor performance for iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in the Philippines
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
