Doit is building tools to help users manage spending, saving, and investing through AI-driven financial solutions. The team operates globally with a focus on making finance accessible and safe.
You will own specific product areas within the AI Stockbroking App, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys. The role involves defining roadmaps, working cross-functionally, and driving rapid iterations based on data and feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, user experience, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics and experiments for decision making
- Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Based in Poland with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
