You will lead the product strategy for the company’s Anti-Money Laundering platform, addressing high false positive rates and manual workflows in compliance teams. This position requires full ownership of features like transaction monitoring, screening, and SAR filing, leveraging AI to automate investigation processes.
The team consists of industry veterans from major tech and finance companies, focusing on creating trustworthy AI risk decisioning tools. You will define the roadmap and work closely with engineering and compliance experts to build defensible, efficient products.
What you'll do
- Own the AML product suite including transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, and screening
- Define rules engine logic and ML model layers for alert generation
- Design onboarding risk workflows using dynamic data orchestration
