You will lead the product strategy for SafeIQ, CreatorIQ’s brand safety system, ensuring content is safe and campaigns comply with global regulations. Your work will bridge the gap between multimodal AI classification outputs and human decision-making, covering areas like FTC disclosures, music licensing, and privacy laws.

The role requires close collaboration with data science, legal, and engineering teams to build explainable, auditable workflows. You will define how risk signals are presented to users and ensure API contracts allow customers to integrate these safety signals into their own systems.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end brand safety review experience to speed up human decision-making
  • Define AI classification parameters including severity, thresholds, and false-positive handling
  • Manage compliance features for sponsorship disclosures, music rights, and regional privacy laws
  • Collaborate with engineering on API contracts and data models for safety signals
  • Partner with GTM teams to align product capabilities with regulatory requirements

What you'll need

  • 4+ years in product management or technical product ownership in B2B SaaS
  • Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and distinguish quality UX from poor results
  • Skill in translating ambiguous regulatory requirements into clear engineering workflows
  • Understanding of AI classification pipelines, confidence thresholds, and human review loops
  • Comfortable working with API contracts, webhooks, and role-based access concepts
  • Experience working with distributed teams across NA, EU, and APAC time zones

Nice to have

  • Background in trust and safety, content moderation, or risk scoring tooling
  • Experience with multimodal AI, content classification, or ML evaluation workflows
  • Knowledge of FTC guidelines, music licensing, alcohol promotion rules, or GDPR/CCPA
  • History of shipping customer-facing APIs, webhooks, or enterprise integrations
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, martech, or influencer marketing workflows

How you'll work

  • Hybrid work model combining in-person and remote work

What you get

  • 26 days of vacation plus floating and company holidays
  • Comprehensive medical, life, and business travel insurance
  • Stock options through equity-sharing program
  • Work from home stipend for office setup
  • Participation in Poland's Employee Capital Plan (PPK)
