You will own the product strategy and roadmap for the Connect engineering team, which builds Duna’s Onboard and Lifecycle solutions. Working alongside founders and the first PM, you will shape how customers integrate with Duna through API-first approaches, embedded components, and hosted experiences.
Your daily work involves partnering with engineers and designers to transform customer feedback into seamless interfaces used by thousands of businesses. You will set high standards for onboarding quality and drive conversion outcomes across various customer configurations.
What you'll do
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Connect team
- Collaborate with founders and leadership on overall product direction
- Drive conversion improvements for customer onboarding funnels
- Define integration methods ranging from APIs to fully hosted experiences
- Partner with engineering and design to refine user experiences
- Ensure high-quality onboarding interfaces for thousands of business users
What you'll need
- Senior or staff-level experience with complex technical products
- Ability to analyze user journeys and improve funnel conversion rates
- Proven track record of shipping scalable user-facing interfaces
- Strong systems thinking to build flexible and scalable products
- Comfortable discussing data models, APIs, and architecture with engineers
- Uses prototyping and AI tools to accelerate testing and leverage team output
- Clear communicator capable of articulating strategy and decisions effectively
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B platforms or developer-facing tools
- Background in building API-first products
