Join BJAK, the leading mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia, as it expands into broader financial services including savings, investing, and travel. You will own specific product areas within AI Finance, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working closely with cross-functional teams to launch and iterate on features.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch data
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
