Join BJAK as a Technical Product Owner within the AI Finance team. You will define product direction, manage roadmaps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric financial solutions. This position focuses on simplifying complex workflows in insurance, savings, and investing for the Southeast Asian market.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, and investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance requirements
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
