Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as a Technical Product Owner within the AI Finance team. You will own specific product areas such as payments, savings, or investing, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys.
This position focuses on rapid iteration and close collaboration with engineering and design teams. You will define success metrics, manage trade-offs between speed and compliance, and drive continuous improvement based on data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in the Netherlands with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
