Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Technical Product Owner, you will own specific product areas within the AI Finance suite, translating user needs into actionable roadmaps.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ship features rapidly and iterate based on data. This position focuses on building accessible financial applications for the German market while operating within a global, remote-first team.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Germany with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
