Join Doit as a Product Owner within the AI Finance team, focusing on reinventing personal finance through smart, accessible tools. You will define product direction, manage roadmaps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features in areas like insurance and investing.
This position demands a builder mindset, prioritizing user problems over feature lists and driving execution with limited guidance. You will simplify complex financial workflows into intuitive customer journeys while balancing speed, compliance, and business impact.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Strong English communication skills for global collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
