Join Doit to redefine personal finance through AI-driven tools that simplify spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Owner, you will define roadmaps, solve user problems, and launch features across financial services while working closely with technical and design teams.
The company builds mobile-first platforms, including the leading insurance solution in Southeast Asia. You will operate with high autonomy, turning complex financial concepts into intuitive customer journeys without getting bogged down by excessive process.
What you'll do
- Own product areas such as insurance, payments, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance
- Simplify complex financial products into usable journeys
- Use data and feedback to iterate on post-launch features
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or founder
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven track record shipping products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics and experiments for decisions
- Excellent writing and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Based in Poland with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
