As a Product Owner, you will own specific product areas, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working closely with design and engineering.
You will define success metrics, manage launch plans, and iterate based on data and user feedback. The ideal candidate is a builder who thrives in high-growth environments and can make decisions with incomplete information.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch data
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Fluent in English for global team communication
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
