You will define product direction and scope for financial services, turning complex concepts into simple customer journeys. Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will launch features rapidly and iterate based on user feedback and metrics.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar operational role
- Ability to simplify complex workflows and define product scope
- Proven track record of shipping real products with tech teams
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
