Join Doit as a Product Owner within the AI Finance division, focusing on reinventing how users spend, save, and invest. You will define product direction, manage roadmaps, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver simple, effective customer journeys in complex financial areas.
This position demands a builder mindset, prioritizing user problems over feature lists and driving execution with limited guidance. You will use data and feedback to make trade-offs between speed, compliance, and user experience while launching features rapidly.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Monitor performance and drive iterations after feature release
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Based in Sweden with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
