Doit is reinventing personal finance through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Owner, you will own specific product areas such as insurance or payments, defining the roadmap and ensuring successful launches.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex financial concepts into simple user journeys. The ideal candidate is a builder who prioritizes execution and user problems over process and documentation.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent in English for global team communication
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
