You will own product areas within BJAK's AI Investing platform, focusing on simplifying complex financial products into usable customer journeys. Working closely with engineering, design, and data teams, you will define roadmaps, launch features, and drive iterations based on user feedback and metrics.
This position requires a builder who can make decisions with incomplete information and prioritize execution over process. You will be responsible for turning user problems into shipped products while balancing speed, compliance, and business impact.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across investing, payments, savings, or insurance
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Monitor feature performance and drive continuous iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or founder
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in the United States
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
