You will own product areas within BJAK's AI Investing platform, focusing on simplifying complex financial products into usable customer journeys. The team works globally to help users plan, save, and grow their money through mobile-first solutions.
This position requires close collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams to define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on performance metrics. You will drive execution and make trade-offs between speed, compliance, and user experience.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Monitor feature performance and drive continuous iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments sectors
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Experience as a founder or growth operator
