Join BJAK, a leading insurance and financial platform in Southeast Asia, as a Technical Product Owner for AI Investing. You will own product areas, turning complex financial concepts into simple user journeys while working with global teams.
This position focuses on builders who can define scope, work closely with engineers, and drive iterations based on data and feedback. Strong English communication skills are essential for this remote role based in Germany.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Based in Germany with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
