Doit is reinventing personal finance by building tools that make spending, saving, and investing smarter through AI. As a Product Owner in the AI Investing division, you will own specific product areas such as insurance, payments, or savings.
You will define user problems, set success metrics, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ship simple, usable customer journeys. This position suits builders who prioritize execution over documentation and can drive progress with limited guidance.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to work independently
- Based in Austria with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
