You will own product areas within Doit's AI Investing platform, focusing on simplifying complex financial products into usable customer journeys. Working with engineering, design, and data teams, you will define roadmaps, launch features, and drive iterations based on user feedback and metrics.
The company aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe through AI-driven tools for spending, saving, and investing. This position suits builders who prioritize execution and user problems over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and define product sense
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in the Netherlands with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
