Doit is reinventing personal finance by building tools that make spending, saving, and investing smarter through AI. As a Product Owner in the AI Investing area, you will own specific product domains, defining roadmaps and success metrics while working closely with cross-functional teams.
You will transform complex financial services into simple customer journeys, using data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. This position suits builders who prioritize execution and user problems over rigid processes.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Strong English communication skills for global teams
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
