You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank, covering services such as insurance, payments, savings, and investing. Your focus will be on translating complex financial requirements into simple customer journeys while collaborating closely with design and engineering teams.
The team values builders who prioritize user problems over feature lists and can drive execution with limited guidance. You will define roadmaps, set success metrics, and iterate on products post-launch using data and user feedback.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions
- Launch features and monitor performance for iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work independently
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
How you'll work
- Based in the UK
