You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank, covering services such as insurance, payments, savings, and investing. The focus is on translating complex financial products into simple customer journeys while working closely with engineering, design, and compliance teams.
This position requires a builder who can define roadmaps, set success metrics, and drive rapid iterations based on data and user feedback. You will make trade-offs between speed, user experience, and operational complexity to deliver high-impact solutions.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Monitor feature performance and drive continuous iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and compliance needs
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Proven ability to ship real products with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Fluent English communication for global team collaboration
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
