Join BJAK as a Technical Product Owner to shape products within the AI Neobank ecosystem. You will own specific areas such as payments, savings, or investing, translating complex financial concepts into simple user journeys. What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and define product sense
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in the United States
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
