Join BJAK, a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia expanding into neobanking services. As a Technical Product Owner, you will own product areas such as payments, savings, and investing. Your focus will be on understanding user problems, defining roadmaps, and shipping high-quality products quickly.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to turn complex financial workflows into simple customer journeys. This position suits builders who thrive on execution and continuous improvement rather than just planning.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of working with engineers to ship products
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and post-launch data
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Fluent in English for global team communication
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
