You will own specific product areas within BJAK's AI Neobank, covering services such as insurance, payments, savings, and investing. Your focus will be on identifying user problems, defining roadmaps, and working closely with technical teams to ship usable customer journeys.
The team values builders who can make decisions with incomplete information and drive execution without relying heavily on process. You will use data and feedback to iterate on products after launch, ensuring they meet both user needs and business goals.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Technical PO, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows for users
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Ireland with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
