You will own product areas within Doit's AI Neobank, covering insurance, payments, savings, or investing. Your focus will be on understanding user problems, defining roadmaps, and collaborating with engineering and design teams to ship simple, usable customer journeys.
This position suits builders who thrive on data-driven decisions and rapid iteration. You will balance speed, user experience, and compliance while driving work with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple user journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work closely with engineers and designers
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work independently
- Based in South Korea with strong English communication
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
