You will own specific product areas within Doit's AI Neobank, such as insurance, payments, or savings. Your focus is on understanding user problems, defining scope, and collaborating with engineering and design to ship simple, usable financial tools.
This position requires turning complex financial products into clear customer journeys. You will use data and feedback to drive iterations and make trade-offs between speed, compliance, and user experience.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Monitor feature performance and drive continuous iterations
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with engineers
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Strong English communication skills required
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
