Join Doit as a Product Owner to shape the future of their AI-driven Neobank. You will own specific product areas such as insurance, payments, or savings, turning complex financial concepts into simple user journeys. This position involves defining roadmaps, working closely with cross-functional teams, and driving rapid iterations based on data and feedback.
The company aims to make finance smart, accessible, and safe through next-generation tools. You will be expected to ship real products quickly, make decisions with incomplete information, and maintain high ownership without needing constant guidance.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers and designers to ship products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and post-launch learning
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and ability to drive work with limited guidance
- Based in Poland with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
