Join Doit as a Product Owner to shape the future of their AI-driven Neobank. You will own specific product areas such as payments, savings, or insurance, turning complex financial concepts into simple user journeys. This position focuses on rapid execution, data-driven iteration, and close collaboration with technical teams to deliver high-impact products.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across payments, savings, investing, or insurance
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance for continuous improvement
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and operational complexity
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work closely with engineers and designers
- Comfortable using metrics, feedback, and experiments
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work with limited guidance
- Based in Singapore with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
