Doit is building an AI-driven neobank to help users manage spending, saving, and investing. As a Product Owner, you will own specific product areas such as payments or insurance, turning complex financial concepts into simple customer journeys.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to define roadmaps, launch features, and iterate based on user feedback and metrics. This position requires high ownership and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, or investing
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams
- Simplify complex financial products into usable customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to drive product decisions and iterations
- Launch features and monitor performance post-release
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify workflows
- Ability to work with engineers to ship real products
- Comfortable with metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to drive work independently
- Based in Spain with strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Background in consumer apps or high-growth products
