Doit is building an AI-driven neobank to help users spend, save, invest, and manage finances more effectively. As a Product Owner, you will own specific product areas such as payments, savings, or insurance. You will define roadmaps, work closely with technical teams, and drive rapid iterations based on data and user feedback.
The company values builders who prioritize execution over documentation and can make decisions with incomplete information. This position offers the chance to shape next-generation financial tools for the Southeast Asian market while working within a diverse, global team.
What you'll do
- Own product areas across payments, savings, investing, or insurance
- Define user problems, scope, success metrics, and roadmaps
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams
- Translate complex financial products into simple customer journeys
- Use data and feedback to improve product decisions post-launch
- Balance speed, UX, business impact, and regulatory compliance
What you'll need
- Experience as Product Manager, Owner, or similar role
- Strong ability to simplify complex workflows and processes
- Proven track record of shipping real products with tech teams
- Comfortable using metrics, experiments, and user feedback
- Excellent writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership with ability to work independently
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, insurance, or payments
- Experience with consumer apps or high-growth products
- Founder or growth operator experience
